IET Endorsed Provider Code of Practice The IET provides endorsed providers with a professional code of practice where compliance to the following guidelines is checked as part of the ongoing assessment. Feedback from members attending courses/events is also sought and used for monitoring purposes. Endorsed training providers must ensure that for their courses and/or events: Publicity material gives an accurate indication of the audience for whom the course or event is intended. The learning objectives of a course or event are specified and met. The presenters/lecturers are qualified to make presentations and to answer questions on the subject matter. Where there is an examination or coursework assessment that moderation and/or independent/external examiner's advice is arranged.   [More...] [Less...]
