Create groups

If you can’t find a group that exactly meets your needs – create your own!

Anyone with a My Discover account can create groups.

  • Go to your My groups homepage
  • Click the Create new group button
  • Supply a few details to describe what your group is about

Group details

Name

Give your group a name. Make this as clear and descriptive as possible. This will ensure that other members will find it easily when searching for groups on your topic.

Description

Provide a short description to tell others what the group is about.

Assign to industry sector

Use the check boxes to show which industry sectors your group is relevant to.

Once you've created a group, it will be available in All Discover for other people to find and  join.

Your group will have its own home page, which will contain any bookmarks you've added and any bookmarks contributed by other group members.

Note: All groups must have a creator. If you are the creator of the  group, you will not be able to unsubscribe from it.
