  Editor's note: When we published "Blogs Will Change Your Business" in May, 2005, Twittering was an activity dominated by small birds. Truth is, we didn't see MySpace coming. Facebook was still an Ivy League ... sensation. Despite the onrush of technology, however, thousands of visitors are still downloading the original cover story. So we decided to update it. Over the past month, we've been calling many of the original sources and asking the Blogspotting community to help revise the 2005 report.   I agree with the livewriter statement. I am a Mac user, but at work I am forced to use windows. I installed Live writer one day and fell in love with it. I really hope Microsoft produces an OS X version. ... AND IT IS FREE! I must say that I really liked using LiveWriter, as well. At this point I have switched to a Mac, and even though I still haven't found anything as good as lifewriter for writing my blog -there are too many other advantages for using a Mac that make going back not possible for me. Nevertheless, I do wish there was a blog manager as slick as Livewriter AND made for OS x... Bernie Anderson interesting it was a while since LH mentionned anything about blogging. Jott is only for USA canada and uk, but for continental Europe and France : Nada I'll have a look at windows live writer, if what I've read is true it would confirm that every rule has exceptions... Within minutes, he got a response ... from Comcast. When C.C. Chapman noticed a blemish in his high-definition television's reception during the NBA playoffs recently, he blasted a quick gripe about Comcast into the online ether, using the social network Twitter. Minutes later, a Twitter user named ComcastCares responded, and within 24 hours, a technician was at Chapman's house in Milford to fix the problem. "I was so floored," said Chapman, who runs a digital marketing agency and advises companies to do what he experienced with Comcast - listen to what customers are saying about them online and respond. "When it actually happened to me, it blew me away," he said. "Now I have a case study."
