  A team of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and venture capitalists jetted into Oxford today with the news that the UK's technology industry "absolutely sucks". Get a life, but make it a second life Admittedly ... unlike California's Silicon Valley, our own Thames Valley cannot claim to house the likes of Google, Facebook or Yahoo! But it does boast Oxford, which – if we are talking big names – is a "sufficiently famous and quaint" draw for some US hotshots. So says Paul Graham, the co-founder of Y Combinator, a seed-stage venture firm that runs a bootcamp in Silicon Valley for budding young tech entrepreneurs.
